Can you play Monopoly Deal with 2 players?
Yes. Monopoly Deal supports 2 to 5 players, and two-player games work with no rule changes. They tend to be faster and swingier, since every action card targets your only opponent.
Can you play a Just Say No against a Just Say No?
Yes. A Just Say No cancels any action played against you — including another Just Say No. They can chain back and forth, and whoever plays the last one wins the exchange. There are only three in the deck.
Does Just Say No count toward your three plays?
No. Just Say No is played from your hand as a response, even when it's not your turn, and it never uses up one of your three plays.
Does Deal Breaker steal the House and Hotel too?
Yes. Deal Breaker takes a complete property set with everything stacked on it, including any House and Hotel. It's the strongest card in the deck — and the one most worth saving a Just Say No for.
